If you decided to come by plane, you choose the shortest way. As we said in the beginning, Cappadocia is known almost all countries in the world so Turkish Airlines in particular, many airlines have flights to Cappadocia. You should choose one of Kayseri or Nevsehir Airport. If you land in Nevsehir Airport, the distance between Nevsehir to Cappadocia is 30 km. We should remind you about the direct bus services are not available except taxis and airline company services. If you land in Kayseri, the distance between city center and airport is 100 km and you can prefer ‘Havaş Transfer Buses’ except taxis.
If you like travel by bus and choose it for Cappadocia, you can arrive directly in Nevsehir and you can arrive Cappadocia with taxis and minibuses. Many bus companies have regular services to the region. Even if travel by train is nostalgic, it is very long and more expensive alternative for Cappadocia. Trains arrive at Kayseri only and train station is 8 km away to bus terminal and you should go 81 km more from Kayseri Bus Terminal to Nevsehir and it means you will spend 1-1,5 hours more.
